Before you enter China, we will get in touch with you via WhatsApp or FaceTime. You need to inform us of your availability in China, and we will be on standby during your stay.

2. Can I get a refund if I don't use up all my consultation time?
No, refunds are not available after purchasing the service.

3. If a customer feels their questions haven't been adequately addressed, are they entitled to a refund?
We will do our best to promptly and effectively address your travel-related issues and meet your needs. However, we cannot guarantee refunds for overly demanding or unreasonable requests from customers.

1. Deodorant - Most supermarkets in China do not sell deodorant, so consider bringing your own or purchasing it from Miniso.
2. Bring along some tissues as not all public restrooms provide them.
3. Pack some cold medicine and any necessary medications.
4. Remember to bring earplugs for better sleep quality during your travels.
5. If you're carrying electronic devices such as a laptop, make sure to bring a plug adapter.
